Q. How do I replace the plastic handlebar sleeve on my Maxi Micro?

1. Unscrew the screw on the back of the handlebar clamp.
2. Use an Allen key to loosen the clamp.
3. Push the clamp up and pull the top of the stem out.

You can now look into the aluminum-colored stem from below. Sometimes the handlebar sleeve is still in there and has been pushed down into the stem. If it is gone, you can put a new one in and put the stem back in reverse order. Make sure that the clamp is adjusted tight enough that the handlebars can remain at any height.
